Dr Andy Wee was on a surgical mission trip to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with a team of doctors doing pro bono surgery at the Children’s Surgical Centre. Dr Wee offered his surgical expertise in the field of shoulder and elbow surgery. He performed surgeries for complex shoulder and elbow deformities and conditions for the less fortunate who seek free surgical treatment.
