About Dr Victor Seah
Dr Victor Seah is a double-fellowship trained, globally experienced and foot and ankle surgeon in Singapore. He has a special interest in Orthopaedic trauma and geriatric osteoporotic fractures and is skilled in foot and ankle surgery as well. Dr Seah was in charge of the Trauma service for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Deputy Chairman for Raffles Hospital Trauma Committee before setting up Pinnacle Orthopaedic & Sports Centre Novena.
Dr Seah continues to be an active international and regional faculty of AOTrauma, which is the foremost academic organization in the field of orthopaedics and trauma-based in Switzerland. He has been invited many times to lecture and train orthopaedic surgeons in Singapore and regional countries such as China, India and Indonesia.

Dr Seah is deeply involved in teaching and training of young surgeons. He held the concurrent appointments at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, the National Healthcare Group and Alexandra Health Orthopaedic Residency Programme. He was, also involved in the development of the curriculum at the new Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Dr Seah is often invited as an international speaker and faculty for many of the regional conferences and courses sharing his expertise in the field of foot and ankle surgery. He has been a regular examiner for the annual final MBBS exams and has been an examiner for the Orthopaedic MMED exam as well. He is on the FRCS exam committee since 2017.

Medical Expertise
Dr Seah was appointed by Ministry of Health to be a member of the Osteoporotic Hip Fracture Clinical Practice Guideline workgroup, formulating the best practice guidelines for the treatment of patients with Osteoporotic Fractures. He was also a member of the Ministry of Health Integrated Care Pathway Workgroup for hip fractures in the elderly. Dr Seah also lead a multidisciplinary team in developing Khoo Teck Puat Hospital’s inaugural Integrated Practice Unit for geriatric hip fractures.

Pinnacle Orthopaedic Group was founded in SIngapore by Dr Kevin Lee with the vision of establishing a true sub-specialty orthopaedic specialist practice in Singapore.
Dr Andy Wee, Dr Victor Seah and Dr Tay joined our team in 2016, 2018 and 2020 respectively. We have four clinics in Mount Elizabeth Orchard, Mount Elizabeth Novena, Parkway East Hospital and Mount Alvernia Medical Centre. Our team of 4 orthopaedic surgeons provide patients with a one-stop service for all their orthopaedic needs.
